Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing offers community based Muay Thai training focused on improving both physical fitness and mental well being.
Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing puts a new twist on personal training and group fitness. Blending the discipline of martial arts, the structure of fitness training, and the balance of mindfulness.
Each session is designed to highlight both the mental and physical benefits of exercise, helping participants build confidence, resilience, and personal fortitude, while having fun and learning a new skill.
Whether you’re a professional athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing offers something for everyone. Training is adaptable, inclusive, and focused on helping each individual move better, think clearer, and feel stronger, inside and out.

Whether you want the full Mindful Muay Thai experience or and authentic Muay Thai, Boxing, Or kickboxing workout, Mindful Muay Thai offers workshops and group fitness sessions that combine physical training with mindfulness and are designed to help participants of all ages and backgrounds build confidence, focus, and resilience through movement.
These 1-2 hour workshops and group fitness sessions are tailored to each event and is a perfect option for any group ages 6+ including:

1-on-1 and buddy training sessions blend authentic Muay Thai technique with targeted fitness programming to build strength, conditioning, and confidence in a safe, focused environment whether you’re new to training or refining your skills. Or just rip some pads. Come Solo or bring friend and work out the stress of your week.
