 Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing offers community based Muay Thai training focused on improving both physical fitness and mental well being. 

About Mindful Muay Thai

   

Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing puts a new twist on personal training and group fitness. Blending the discipline of martial arts, the structure of fitness training, and the balance of mindfulness.

Each session is designed to highlight both the mental and physical benefits of exercise, helping participants build confidence, resilience, and personal fortitude, while having fun and learning a new skill.


Whether you’re a professional athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing offers something for everyone. Training is adaptable, inclusive, and focused on helping each individual move better, think clearer, and feel stronger, inside and out.

Small Group Classes, Workshops, Events, And Birthdays

Whether you want the full Mindful Muay Thai experience or and authentic Muay Thai, Boxing, Or kickboxing workout, Mindful Muay Thai offers workshops and group fitness sessions that combine physical training with mindfulness and are designed to help participants of all ages and backgrounds build confidence, focus, and resilience through movement.


These 1-2 hour workshops and group fitness sessions are tailored to each event and is a perfect option for any group ages 6+ including:


  • Schools
  • Community organizations
  • Workplace fitness and team building
  • Private groups
  • Birthdays. 



Sessions are structured to engage your body and test your limits  aligning with the goals and fitness level of the participants.



 Learn any combination of the following based on the goals of your group:


  •  Training & Movement: Muay Thai and kickboxing fundamentals while building engaging in a vigorous exercise that that challenges the mind and body.
     
  •  Mindfulness & Breathing: Techniques to calm the mind, improve focus, and promote emotional balance.
     
  •  Grounding & Coping Tools: Practical strategies for stress management, emotional regulation, and everyday resilience.
     
  •  Confidence & Discipline Through Martial Arts: How structured practice builds self belief, autonomy, consistency, and many other core values that translate in daily life.
     
  •  Brief History of Muay Thai: An introduction to the cultural roots and values of Muay Thai emphasizing respect, mindfulness, and self control.



Each workshop also includes an open discussion on the mental and physical benefits of martial arts, exploring how structure, discipline, and consistent practice foster both physical health and mental well being.


Workshops are available for groups of up to 15 with more available upon request. flexible options:


Standard rate: $70/hr + $10 for each additional participant up to 15

  • 2-hour Session: Example
  •  5 Participants=$190
  •  10 Participants=$260

All sessions fitness include warm-ups, technical instruction, pad work, and mindfulness. Ages 6+

Personal Training

Mindful Muay Thai and Kickboxing offers fully customized personal training sessions designed to help you move better, think clearer, and feel stronger, both physically and mentally.


 1-on-1  and buddy training sessions blend authentic Muay Thai technique with targeted fitness programming to build strength, conditioning, and confidence in a safe, focused environment whether you’re new to training or refining your skills. Or just rip some pads. Come Solo or bring friend and work out the stress of your week.
